Fall’s Makeup Trends
Each season makeup trends emerge just like clothing trends do. During the summer months I bet most of the makeup you wore was minimal and in neutral colors. Well, you are in luck because “natural” is in again! But “bright” is also in.
If you are tired of the natural look you’ve been sporting all summer, it may be time to try some of the new fall trends. How about a bright magenta lip or emerald green eyes? This season magenta is the new red! So wear it in place of that classic red lipstick. Keep all other makeup minimal as not to “overdo” it. Otherwise, have fun and play! Magenta is great for night time, too.
Green is in for the eyes! Instead of the typical black smoky eye use emerald green! It is unusual and looks awesome on many different colored eyes. Pair the smoky emerald eyes with an apricot lip and cheek.
If you decide to stay with the natural look, be sure to wear base to create a flawless face. It is hard to carry off neutral colors on the entire face without a flawless finish to work with. To infuse life in the look try adding a little luminescent powder to cheeks and brow bones.
Playing with your makeup colors is fun and adds a little extra to your outfits. Think of makeup as clothing for your skin. Change it just as you change your style.
